Virginia Estelle Wesley,78, departed into eternity on September 6, 2019 at her son's home in Hernando. Virginia was born on May 6, 1941 to the late Rommie and Hazel Dykes Walley in the Richton Community.
Virginia was a veteran of the United States Navy that served in the Vietnam conflict. Upon completion of her time in the service she was employed with the Kellwood Garment Company for many years. Virginia dearly loved her family and was satisfied just spending time with them. When Virginia wasn’t with her family she could be found admiring the subtle beauty of hummingbirds.
Virginia is survived by Two Sons, Neil (Michaela) Wesley of Omaha, Nebraska; Billy (Sherry) Wesley of Hernando , Mississippi; One Brother, Thomas Walley of Richton, Mississippi; One Sister, Mary Dean Dykes of Richton, Mississippi; Twelve Grandchildren, Joshua McDonald, Madison Shack, Mary Wesley, Kamden Wesley , Savannah Wesley, Joseph Wesley, A.J. Wesley, Ryan Wesley, Drew Wesley, Reed Wesley, Michaela Bellows, Abigail Bellows.
She was preceded in death by her husband Silas Wesley; One Brother, Eudell Walley; One Grandchild, Remington Wesley.
The family will receive friends on September 8, 2019 from 5:00-9:00 P.M. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Vardaman. In addition, to the visitation a funeral service will be held remembering Virginia’s life on September 9, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Vardaman. Bro. Kenneth Smith will officiate the service; with burial following the service at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Joshua McDonald, Ryan Wesley, Landon Logan, Joseph Wesley, Kamden Wesley, Waylon Logan, A.J. Wesley, Neil Wesley, and Billy Wesley
