Wanda Joyce Logan Boyle, 78, of Vardaman passed from this life on Monday, January 24, 2022, at her son’s residence in Vardaman. Born on February 19, 1943, in the Rocky Mount Community, she was a daughter of the late William Joe Logan and Amy Burt Logan.
Wanda celebrated many anniversaries with her late husband Jimmy J. Boyle before his passing in 2018. The couple brought life to two children and made countless memories climbing the mountains and valleys of life. She spent many days as an employee of Connie’s Flowers and Gifts delivering happiness through floral arrangements before retiring. Wanda filled the days of retirement with looking after her flowers and yard with tender loving care. When she wasn’t thinning lilies or picking up limbs you could find her watching birds grazing at the feeders she so carefully maintained. Above all, she cherished the relationships with her beloved family and friends. She was a member of Rocky Mt. Baptist Church where she learned about the many promises of the Lord. Although she has departed from our presence, her memory will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.
Wanda leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in her absence: one son James Jones Boyle, Jr., of Vardaman, son-in-law Perry McCormick of Sarepta, nephew: David Logan and Great Nephew: J. R. Logan and
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy J Boyle, her parents Joe William Logan and Amy Burt Logan, and daughter Amy Joyce McCormick, two brothers: Willie Ray Logan and Winnon Joe Logan.
