William Curtis Brewer

William Curtis Brewer, 89 of Bruce, Mississippi died on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Baptist Memorial N.MS. - Oxford, MS.
Born Thursday, July 21, 1927 in Itawamba County, Mississippi, he was the son of the late D.W. Brewer and the late Letha
Millican Brewer. He was the husband of Inez Shelton  Brewer whom he married on November 09, 1957.
He was a World War II veteran, serving in the Navy, in the Pacific on a mine sweeper. Mr. Curtis loved his family worked hard
and sacrificed for them.
He was a member of Bruce First Baptist, member of Masonic Lodge #549, Scottish Rite 32, in Corinth. He was retired from
Spratlin Building Supply where he was a yard foreman. He previously worked with family at Happy Time Campers.
Surviving are his wife; Inez Shelton Brewer of Bruce, MS. a daughter; Darlene (husband Jerry) Buckner of Memphis, TN.
Grandchildren; Dylan Brewer, Jason Buckner, Angela Moabed, and  Caroline Brewer. Five Great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by son;  Michael Dean Brewer, brothers; Billy Joe Brewer and Burtis Brewer, sister; Jnell Wells.
A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at Memory Memorial Garden with the Dr. Bobby Douglas officiating.
Interment will be in Memory Memorial Garden, Bruce, MS. with Masonic Rites and Military Honors.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476
hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
