William Dayne Brewster

William Dayne Brewster, a beloved husband, brother, and uncle, passed away on August 13, 2024, in Jackson, Mississippi. Born on January 14, 1962, in Greenwood, Mississippi, William was a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse in the healthcare industry, having earned his Bachelor's degree in nursing from Union University after graduating from Mississippi Delta Junior College. William was a man of faith, identifying with the Catholic religion while also attending services at Grace Fellowship in Calhoun City.

Although William's life came to an end on that summer day, his memory and legacy will continue to live on through the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He was a man deeply devoted to his beloved pets and his wife, Lisa Brewster, whom he cherished dearly.

William is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Brewster; sister, Janice Floyd, and her husband, David; as well as, sister in laws, Betty Carol (Jim) McCostlin, Martha (Jerry) Griffin, brother in law, Ronald (Janet) Jenkins, nieces and nephews, Jesse (Erica), Bradley (Carla), Jason (Mitzi), Emily (Matthew), Jamie (Ethan), Amanda (Bubba), Ben (Jes), Jesse (Erica), Carla (John), Jamie (Ethan) who will always hold dear the memories shared with their uncle.

A Graveside Service to honor and celebrate William's life will be held on August 16, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Bruce Cemetery with Bro. Corey Clark officiating. Jesse Jenkins, Ronald Jenkins, Bradley McCostlin, Jason McCostlin, Jim McCostlin, Ben Jenkins, Jesse Jenkins, John Parker, and Bubba Weeks will serve as Pallbearers. Hayden McCostlin and Jaxon McCostlin will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

William was preceded in death by his parents: William James Brewster, Geraldine Minyard Brewster.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Parker Memorial Funeral Home towards funeral expenses.
