Bruce, MS – William O. Tittle, 70, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Oxford Health and Rehab. He was born February 23, 1948 in Arkansas to the parents of Bill Tittle and Lottie Brassfield Tittle. He had previously worked at Ashley Furniture, Arkell Springs and Calco Marketing before his retirement. Will was a member of Parker Baptist Church where he enjoyed fellowship with family and friends. He served his community as a volunteer firefighter for many years in Chickasaw and Calhoun County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Tittle, sister, Carolyn T. Bailey and a brother, Thomas Tittle.
He is survived by his wife Betty Thomas Gregory, Oxford; mother, Lottie Brassfield Tittle, Calhoun City; son, Charlie Tittle, New Mexico; sister, Bonnie Jo Tittle, Tupelo, Janice Watson, Pontotoc; his devoted caregiver, Bobby and Faye Thomas Howell, Oxford and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. , at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m.. prior to graveside services at 3:00 p.m. at Mt. Comfort Cemetery. Steve Poindexter will be delivering the eulogy for the graveside service.
