Wilma Maxine Bailey

Wilma Maxine Bailey age 91 died September 20, 2015 at Bruce Community Living Center after a extended illness. She was born January 22, 1924 in Calhoun County. Her parents were the late Ellis and Lura Crocker Ivy. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband: Winfred Bailey, two sons: Charles and Larry Bailey one daughter, Ivy Jean Posey and three grandchildren: Tim Bailey, Donna Cook and John Wood.
Survivors are a son: Bill Bailey (Deborah), Calhoun City, MS, a sister: Linda Smith, Derma, MS, nine grandchildren: Shari Bailey, Heather May, Cindy Goodson, James Bailey, Sonya Shaw, Tonya Miller, J.W. Posey, Cory Bailey and Tanner Bailey. Fourteen great grandchildren and a host of great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2015 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. The funeral will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church at 10:30 AM with Bro. Steve Murphree and Bro. Joey Hamilton officiating.
Body will lie instate thirty minutes prior to service time on Tuesday. Pallbearers are James Bailey, Tanner Bailey, Dustin Edington, Stephen Edington, Lance Hood, and J.W. Posey.
