Larry Dale Parker

Funeral Director, Embalmer, and Owner

Larry Parker has owned Parker Memorial Funeral Homes since 1978.

Jeremy Dale Parker

Funeral Director, Embalmer, and Pre-need Sales

Jeremy is the son of Larry Parker. He joined the Parker Memorial staff full time in May 2013. He graduated May 15, 2015, with a degree in Funeral Service. Jeremy successfully passed his National Board Exams and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Jeremy was elected "Student of the Year" by the Mississippi Funeral Directors Association in June 2014. He is a licensed insurance and pre-need sales agent as well. He is married to Suzanne Parker and they have three children Sara Grace, Caroline, and Joshua Luke. Jeremy has been involved with the funeral home all of his life. He pursued another career for several years, but always wanted to come back to his funeral service roots. Jeremy takes pride in helping families through the difficult times surrounding the death of a loved one.

William Steve Box

Funeral Director In Memory

Steve Box faithfully served family's with Parker Memorial Funeral Home for over twenty years. In Febuary of 2021 we lost Steve a longtime friend and co-worker due to complications of COVID. Very few days go by that his name isn't mentioned at funerals or just in the office talk. Steve will be greatly missed in the funeral home and the community.

Linda Dye

Secretary

Linda Dye joined the staff of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in September of 2000. Linda serves as the funeral home secretary. Linda was born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. She is an active member of Old Town Baptist Church where she teaches Sunday school. She resides in Old Town community and has one son Ches and his wife Megan. In her free time Linda enjoys cooking and baking, antique shopping, and going to visit her grandchildren. Linda faithfully serves families under the care of Parker Memorial Funeral Homes.

Gary Ledbetter

Funeral Director's Assistant

Gary Ledbetter joined the staff of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in November of 2011 as a part time Funeral Director’s Assistant. Before retirement Gary worked for USDA Rural Development for 37 years before joining the funeral home staff. Gary resides in Banner, Mississippi with his wife Pat Ledbetter and they have two children Brad and Brandi Ledbetter. In his free time Gary enjoys camping, tending to his cattle, and is a charter member of Banner Fire Department. Gary is an active member of Mt. Comfort Baptist Church. Gary takes pride in helping families through difficult times.

Carlton Baker

Funeral Director's Assistant and Pre Need Sales

Carlton Baker joined the staff of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in November 2005 as a part time Funeral Director’s Assistant. Carlton also sells burial insurance and pre-planning funeral arrangements to those families who want to plan ahead and make final arrangements to lighten the burden of family members left behind. Carlton is honored to serve families during a difficult time.

Carlton serves Calhoun County as the Circuit Clerk in his full-time job.

Carlton lives in Pittsboro, Mississippi with his wife Laura and daughter Mary Katelyn. Carlton is an active member of First Baptist Church in Calhoun City. Carlton enjoys cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Eden Sanchez

Maintenance

Eden has worked for Parker Memorial Funeral Home since 2010 and serves in multiple roles. Eden is fluent in spanish aiding translating for our hispanic population and assist directing funerals. He also maintains the grounds around Parker Memorial Funeral Home Bruce and Vardaman locations.

Keegan Alexander

Funeral Director's Assistant and Pianist

Keegan Alexander joined the staff of Parker Memorial Funeral Home in July of 2021 as a Funeral Director’s Assistant. Aside from his vital role on the clerical side of the business, he is actively involved in many civic organizations. As a community-minded young man, Keegan works diligently for the economic improvement of his stomping grounds. He was rightfully awarded the Calhoun County Economic Development Association Mayor’s award for outstanding service to the Town of Calhoun City in February of 2022. Keegan serves as the Vice President for the Calhoun City Chamber of Commerce and is also an active rotarian of the Bruce Rotary Club. Keegan is an active member of New Liberty Baptist Church. Coupled with his intelligence and hard work, Keegan is a fine pianist who uses his skill to produce comforting tunes for the patrons of the funeral home. Consequently, Keegan is a true asset to the staff of Parker Memorial Funeral Home and faithfully serves the families under our care.
